Hello everyone welcome to the Techno Learn. Friends today I’ll discuss here about the new rule of the YouTube for the eligibility for the YouTube Partner Programming (YPP). Now again YouTube gives us the new gift of the year and the it’s  have changes it Policy for the all YouTubers of the world.



As we all know that the we can earn money by monetization of our Channel on YouTube by Showing ads on this. But the many new YouTubers was using the others content on their channels and was earning money but in April 2017 YouTube changed its policy and set the milestone for the new You tubers that the  every new YouTube Channel must have at least 10,000 Lifetime views on their channels.



In the past year many small YouTubers hits this target and make there channel monetize by YouTube. But in the starting of 2018 YouTube again announced the new Policy for The eligibility for monetization the channel and now the policy is that every channel must have 4000 Watch Hours in previous 12 months and must have at least 1000 Subscribers on the YouTube channel. and channels who are monetized before and have showings ads on YouTube videos they have ultimatum to complete threshold before 20 February 2018.
Because this new rule will apply on 20 February 2018 on the old YouTubers who have not 4000 watch hours.



Now every channel need 4k watch hours and 1k subscribers in the 12 months. Then that the channel can get reviewed by YouTube for its YPP. For some YouTubers it is bad news and for some it’s very good news. YouTube take this step to clean the YouTube from bad actors. Now this is the best news for all the creators who create new contents.


After all I’ll say that when YouTube take any step it’s mean it is doing something better for their users because users of YouTube wants clean and helpful content for their use not want spams abuses and other adult content.
